She joined in the year 2015, after completing B.G.L., LL.B (Hons.), and LL.M in Intellectual Property Rights from this Institution.

She has gathered over 7 years of teaching experience in this Institution.

She has been a visiting faculty in S.S. Dempo College of Commerce and Economics, Cujira, Bambolim-Goa, for 3 years, teaching Business Laws and Intellectual Property Rights for B.Com, PGDBA – Event Management and B.B.A. courses.    

Research Projects

She has been involved in various activities of the Institution like Legal Aid, Trial Advocacy, Client Counselling, National Human Rights Seminar, Criminal Law Club and Guest Lectures.

As a faculty coordinator of National Human Rights Seminar, has organised a webinar on the title “Impact of Covid on Sex Trafficking” along with National Confederation of Human Rights Organisation (NCHRO) Goa State Committee.

Has done Research on the procedure for obtaining BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) Certificate.

Research Interests

Her areas of interest include Labour Laws, Family Laws, Women and Law, Law of Evidence.

She has experience of practicing law as an associate. She has also garnered experience in the realm of filing of Trademark Registrations, preparing search reports, MOUs, Terms of Policy, Disclosure Agreement, Privacy Policy, Software Agreements for clients.

Paper Presentation

She has attended and presented paper on the title “Analysing Socio-Legal Impediments Present in Implementing Uniform Civil Code in India” at the International Conference on Family Laws: Contemporary Challenges and Solutions, organized by Maharishi Law School Noida, on 3rd and 4th April 2021 and Published the same in UGC Care List I.

Articles

She has also published an article on the title “Law and Religious Control: Reflections on Love Jihad Law with Special Reference to the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Ordinance, 2020” in Salgaocar Law Review.
