Trial Moots
As a rule, the Director of the Moot Court Society holds the veto power to cancel the teams’
participation at any stage of the preparation if he does not like the level of preparation of the mooters. The veto is exercised based on the recommendation of the Associate Director and the trial moot teachers.
Each team representing the institute has to compulsorily give two oral presentations to the satisfaction of the teacher. To implement this rule MCS was amply supported by the Principal and faculty.
The College teams participated in 16 National and International Moot Court Competitions.
