He completed his LL.M (Intellectual Property Rights), Goa University in the year 2007. He secured second rank at the Goa University and stood first in V.M. Salgaocar College of Law, in the LL.B ( 3 Year Course) Examination conducted by Goa University in the year 2005. He also graduated in Commerce (2002) and successfully passed the examination of Executive Programme of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He has been associated with the College since the year 2008, and teaches Constitutional Law, International Law and Human Rights, Law of Torts, and Environmental Law for the LL.B Course and Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Labour Law for the LL.M course. He has also been a Resource Person at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (Goa Chapter) and a Visiting faculty for Business Law and Journalism and Mass Communication in other Colleges. His area of interest is Public International Law, Constitutional Law and Criminal Law.
In the capacity of Associate Director he has coordinated activities of the Legal Aid Society, and has been instrumental in constituting the International Law Society, to foster and complement the interest of all the students.
He has submitted a Research Paper in Goa, at a UGC Sponsored National Seminar on “Human Rights in Goa, India and the World : Issues & Initiatives”, He is presently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) from Goa University.
