Ms. Andryusha A. D’Costa e Pinho

Assistant Professor

She joined the college as Assistant Professor of law in 2014. She was previously working with G.R. Kare College of Law, Margao for six years after having successfully completed her LL.M in Intellectual Property Rights from V.M. Salgaocar College of Law in the year 2007. She has gathered teaching experience of over 8 years. She has practiced in various Civil and District Courts in Goa for a period of three year.

She has presented a research paper titled, “Human Trafficking for the purpose of Prostitution” at UGC sponsored Two Days National Seminar on Human Rights in Goa, India, and the World : Issues and Initiative in November 2014. She has assisted in Research for E-Content Module writing on Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes for Paper titled, “Access to Justice”, under E-PG Pathshala, UGC.

Over the years, she has been involved with teaching of various subjects like Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Law, Law of Torts, Law of Evidence, Property Law, Legal Language and Legal Writing and Drafting of Pleading and Conveyance.

She is also successfully handling the responsibility of  Academic Counselor for IGNOU Law Study Center and is Secretary – Managing Committee of NGO Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN).
