Assistant Professor in Economics
Assistant Professor, Danica Menezes completed her B.A Economics from Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts and Science in the year 2007. She received the U.N Shalani Scholarship award for securing a Distinction at the Graduate level.
She further pursued her M.A Economics at the Goa University and completed the same in the year 2009. Soon after completion of her Master’s Degree that is in the year 2009, she started her teaching career in Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts and Science and worked with the institution for 4 years. Later she joined Dhempe College of Arts and Science and worked with the institution from the academic year 2013 to 2017.
Her journey as visiting faculty to the V.M Salagaocar College of Law in the subject of Economics started in the year 2015.
During her course of career, she has presented 7 and published 3 research papers.
She has successfully conducted various activities like National Level Seminars, workshops, inter collegiate events (academicals) etc.
Her areas of interest include: Microeconomics and Demographic studies.
