An admirable student, she pursued her LL.B (Hons.) and LL.M from this very Institute and went on to join as a faculty in 2006. She topped her LL.M Course at Goa University and also secured highest marks in Constitutional Law and Legal Theory bagging three gold medals. She also successfully completed Diploma in Cyber Law conducted by this institution in association with Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune. She has been with this Institute for the last nine years.

Her research interest relates to ‘Right to Education’ and ‘Child Rights’. In the past she has guided Research Projects titled ‘A Study on Solid Waste Management – Garbage Disposal’; ‘A Study on Mid – Day Meal Programme In Schools’; ‘Access of Disabled Persons To Public Buildings’ completed by the members of Mapusa Legal Aid Cell, Valpoi Legal Aid Cell and Priol Legal Aid Cell of the Institution.

She has presented a paper at the UGC Sponsored National Seminar on “Human Rights in Goa, India and the World : Issues & Initiatives”. She has participated in various workshops, the most recent being the State Level Workshop on ‘Strategies in Prevention and Regulation of Child Labour’ organized by GSCPCR.

She is actively involved in numerous activities of the college and is currently faculty in-charge of three Legal Aid Cells of the institution in the State of Goa. She teaches Contract, Interpretation of Statutes and Labour Law.
