Ms. Suchita R . Kamat Timble

A meritorious student, she completed her LL.B (Hons.) from this Institute securing the top position and bagged the prestigious V.M. Salgaocar Gold Medal in 2004. She further went on to secure a merit rank at LL.M and was awarded the Gold Medal for highest marks in Constitutional Law in 2006 from Goa University.

She has gathered over 9 years of teaching experience which includes an year as Academic Co-ordinator at IBS Business School from 2008-2009 at Goa Campus, where besides legal subjects she was also involved as soft skills trainer. She has also been a visiting faculty in Business Law at Fr. Agnel, Pillar from 2007-2008.

She has been a visiting faculty in Business Laws in Don Bosco College, Panjim for Bachelors Programme in Computer Application.

She has been visiting Faculty for the LL.M Course in subject areas of Legal Theory and Constitutional Law at this Institute from 2006-2008.

She has also been invited as a guest speaker in INC, Goa Campus at Porvorim.

During her Five Year Law programme she has participated in various Moot Court Competitions and presented research papers at diverse platforms at the State level.

She has been involved in various activities of the college like Constitutional Law Club, Moot Courts, Legal Aid and designing of the College website. She is also the Faculty Coordinator of the Constitutional Law Club of the College.

During the course of her teaching she has taught various law subjects like Constitutional law, Administrative Law, Interpretation of Statutes, Legal and Constitutional History, Law of Contract (Part–I), Law of Contract (Part–II), Transfer of Property Law, Company Law, Environmental Law, Legal Theory, Labour Law, Criminology (Victimology And Penology), Banking Law, Arbitration and Conciliation Act and Intellectual Property Rights.

Her areas of interest include Constitutional law, Legal Theory, Administrative law and Intellectual property Rights.
