“Genius gives birth, talent delivers.”
‘Salgaocar Law Review’ is a peer-reviewed, annual law journal of the College designed to provoke intellectual debate on a broad spectrum of current legal issues and challenges. The Review provides a platform to academicians, legal practitioners, judges, research scholars and others interested, to express their thoughts, articulate their views, share their knowledge and explore new horizons in the field of law.
The Review aims at keeping legal academicians, law students and the legal fraternity, abreast with emerging issues and trends in law and practice so as to bridge the gap between both.
